Services. Christianed.com ("we") is a website that allows members ("you") to receive a variety of services, including, but not limited to, the creation of personal profiles, social networking, expert advice, content exchange, job search, private and professional messaging, music and video uploading and sharing, voice communication, chat, file transfer and other features.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Christianed.com and you, and apply to your use of our services. By using our services you agree to be bound by this agreement. You are authorized to use our services only if you agree to abide by the provisions of this agreement. In consideration for using our services, you must indicate your acceptance of this agreement during the registration process.
By using Christianed.com, and any other website or feature available through Christianed.com, or any information provided as part of our services, and by your acceptance of this agreement, you become legally and individually bound by these Terms. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms, do NOT accept this agreement and do NOT use Christianed.com, its information and services.
By accepting these Terms, you accept and agree (1) that you will not use our services in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and all applicable laws, (2) that you will keep your contact information accurate and up-to-date, (3) that you will not create an account for anyone other than yourself, you will not let anyone else access your account, and you will not share your password with anyone, (4) that you will not transfer your account to anyone without our written permission, (5) that you will not do anything that might compromise the security of your account, (6) that you will not use your personal profile for commercial gains, (7) that you will not use Christianed.com if you are a convicted sex offender, and (8) that we reserve the right to remove your account if we deem it appropriate.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Christianed.com. If you are under the age of 18, do NOT use Christianed.com. By accepting these Terms, you represent that you have reached the age of 18.
In order to use our services as a member, you will have to create an account. When creating your account on Christianed.com, you must provide true, accurate and complete personal information.
You are solely responsible for the activity occurring on your account.
You are prohibited from selling, trading or otherwise transferring your account to another party.
You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
We will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, but you may be liable for the losses of others due to unauthorized use, which may constitute a copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property violation.
By accepting these Terms you grant us a limited, nonexclusive, fully-paid and royalty-free license to use, distribute, publish, copy and amend any content you submit to us in connection with our services.
By submitting your content to us, you represent and warrant that such submission is accurate, is not confidential, is not in violation of copyright, trademark, patent and other intellectual property laws, of any contractual restrictions or third party rights.
We expressly do not endorse any content posted by you on Christianed.com. We expressly disclaim any liability in connection with content posted by you on Christianed.com. We do not permit any infringements on copyright, trademark, patent and other intellectual property rights on Christianed.com, and we will remove such infringing content from Christianed.com if properly notified.
You must exercise respect to others when participating in any of our features, such as chat, voice, video, forum, blog, email, file transfer or any other feature of Christianed.com.
The content is prohibited and cannot be posted on our website, if it involves criminal or tortuous activity, including, but not limited to, child pornography, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing, gambling, harassment, defamation, stalking, spamming, spimming, sending of viruses or other harmful files, copyright, trademark and patent infringement, theft of trade secrets; or if it is otherwise illegal, harmful or offensive.
In addition, we expressly prohibit from posting such content, which is libelous, defamatory, pornographic, an invasion of privacy, obscene, abusive, illegal and racist.
You may also not post such content, which solicits funds or services, contains advertising, or includes programs that contain software impairing the functionality of any computer.
We reserve the right to remove such posted prohibited content from our website, close the account of anyone who posts such content, and take any other appropriate, including actions, including legal measures.
"Following" is a form of social networking. It is sending and receiving updates through quick and frequent messages. A follower is a person who receives your messages. You can limit the number of those who follow you by declining a person's request to follow you. If you wish, you can also remove a person as your follower, or to block him from following you. If you are a follower, you can choose whose messages you want to receive. Following is subject to these Terms.

Christianed.com provides a service, which allows you to find an expert in his area of knowledge, and to ask him for his advice or services, whether free of charge or for a fee.
Christianed.com enables you to communicate with an expert and to compensate him for his services, but Christianed.com does not regulate the amount of such compensation.
Neither do we make any representation or warranty as to the qualifications and readiness of an expert to render his advice or services, or the adequacy and quality of his advice and services.
Christianed.com does not verify the credentials and background of an expert, and does not endorse or recommend any expert. You are encouraged to independently verify the credentials and background of an expert. Any reliance by you on expert information received through the services of Christianed.com is at your sole and full discretion and responsibility.
Christianed.com does not warrant the effectiveness, validity or accuracy of the content provided by an expert, and will not be liable for any damages incurred by you as the result of your reliance on such content.
You agree to hold us harmless for any claim or cause of action resulting from the services of an expert, whom you accessed through Christianed.com. You agree that Christianed.com assumes no responsibility for any act or omission by an expert.
You further acknowledge that no experts are employees or agents of Christianed.com.
Finally, any information furnished by an expert is not intended for the solution of specific problems and is for general purpose only. The services of an expert through Christianed.com cannot replace your personal meetings with him.
Christianed.com is a venue for employers to post job opportunities and for candidates to post their resumes, but we are not involved in the actual communications and transactions between employers and candidates.
We do not screen or censor the posted materials. We have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the offered jobs or posted resumes, their truth, accuracy, reliability, completeness and timeliness, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates, or the ability of candidates to fill job openings. We do not monitor any materials posted, transmitted, or communicated to or within our site. We do not make any representations about any jobs or resumes.
You agree not to use our resume database for any purpose other than seeking employment; not to send unsolicited mail or email, make unsolicited phone calls or send unsolicited faxes advertising products or services; not to delete or revise any materials posted by other persons or entities; not to collect, copy or duplicate in any manner any information available from Christianed.com, without our express written consent.
The database of job postings and resumes and other features of Christianed.com may only be used for lawful purposes by individuals seeking employment and career information, and by employers seeking employees. Any resume you submit must describe you and only you, as an individual person, not anyone or anything other than you.
You agree and understand that the content of all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, videos, applications, advertisements, messages or other materials, which you transmit, submit, post or display on, through or in connection with Christianed.com, are the property of the persons or entities, from whom such content originated.
We have no copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary interest in such content, but we have the licensing right to post such content, and, in our sole discretion, we reserve the right to refuse to accept, post, display or transmit any such content.
The limited license does not grant us the right to sell or otherwise distribute your content outside of our services. After you remove your content from our services we will cease distribution of the content, and our license to use the content will terminate.
If you subscribe to any service, which we offer for a charge, you agree to pay the applicable fees as they become due, plus pay all related taxes, and, in the event of non-payment, to reimburse us for any collection related costs and interest for any overdue amounts.
You may not upload, embed, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available on Christianed.com any materials that infringe on copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property right of any person or entity.
If you believe that your own work has been copied and posted on or through our services in a way which constitutes intellectual property violation, please contact us immediately.
Your use of third party websites, including third party merchants, is subject to the terms and conditions of use of the applicable third party website.
We have no control over such third party websites, and the inclusion on Christianed.com of a hyperlink to any third party website is not our endorsement of such website, or of any content, products or services available on it.
Any questions, complaints, or claims related to any product or service provided by any third party website should be directed to that website.
This agreement is effective until terminated by either you or us. You can terminate this agreement at any time by ceasing to use our services, deleting your account from Christianed.com and disabling your applications.
We, too, can terminate this agreement at any time if we believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, or have otherwise created a legal exposure for us. In this event, we will stop providing all or part of our services to you, and will notify you about it by email or at the next time you attempt to access your account.
You agree to indemnify and hold Christianed.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to, or arising from, the content you submit, post to, or transmit through, our website, through your use of the site, your connection to the site, your violation of the Terms, or your violation of any legal rights of another person or entity.
You will resolve any claim, cause of action or dispute with us arising from or related to these Terms exclusively in a state or federal court located in the State of Florida.
You agree to submit yourself to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Florida for the purpose of litigating all such claims.
The laws of the State of Florida will govern these Terms, without regard to conflict of law principles.
CHRISTIANED.COM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT IT WILL OPERATE AN ERROR-FREE WEBSITE, OR THAT CHRISTIANED.COM AND ITS SERVERS ARE ALWAYS FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL FILES.
IF YOUR USE OF CHRISTIANED.COM OR CONTENT RESULTS IN THE NEED FOR SERVICING OR REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT OR DATA, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE COSTS.

If any provision of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
If we fail to enforce any provision of this agreement, it will not be considered a waiver of enforceability or a waiver of the provision.
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Christianed.com. You accept these Terms once you begin using our website.
